Booth Information/Commercial Exhibits

2010 RULES

1. New Rule: The vendor must make sure that their plugs will work with the available outlets at Stancil Park. No changes to existing plugs/wiring in the park will be made to accommodate vendors.

2. Fee is $100.00 cash or money order. No checks will be accepted.

3. No Smoking while in the Commercial Exhibit area.

4. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Any exhibiter not cooperating with the committee will be asked to leave. No refund will be made.

5. Commercial Exhibit Committee will not be responsible for any damage to the exhibits or accidents occurring while in the Commercial Exhibit area.

6. All exhibits will be ‘free” standing.

7. Each exhibitor will be responsible for cleaning area after the show.

8. Electrical work is the financial responsibility of exhibitor.
