Important Dates and Deadlines
Official weigh-in/tag-in for
Market Steers & Commercial Heifer Divisions. Entry fees will be $20.00 per
animal. Additional market animals per exhibitor will be $20.00 each. Tuesday, January 11, 2011 (2nd
Tuesday in January) 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. DEADLINE for Breeding Beef, Breeding
Swine, Livestock Judging, Ag Mechanics, Breeding and Market Rabbits and Home Economics Divisions – all entries not postmarked
by this date will be returned. Mail all entries to Cleveland Livestock Show and Dairy Day at P.O. Box 697,
Cleveland, Texas 77328. There will be late check-ins accepted the day of the
show for all Breeding Entries – all late entry fees will be $30.00 except for
Breeding Rabbits which will be $3.50 per rabbit.. Late Fees for Livestock
Judging will be $40.00 per team. Home Economics Division with entry fees of $2
an adult and $2 a student, per entry, will be $3 an adult and $3 a student, per
entry, if entered late. MARKET RABBIT

Scholarship Applications Friday, May 7, 2010 7:00 p.m. Queen contestants are to be present at the Youth
Auction and assist with the sale. (7:30 p.m. YOUTH AUCTION) Friday, May 7, 2010 5:00 p.m. Deadline for picking up Home Economics
Division entries not picked up at show. Entries will be disposed of after this

will be $20.00 per exhibitor and cost of bird will be no more than $1.25 each –
depending on availability. GATES WILL
